Learn How to Self Regulate Out of Survival Mode and Into a Flow State
If you want to change something in your life, be it your self-image, an important relationship, or land a new job, you must be in a state of creation. Also known as a state of Love.

In the video below, I share information about how living in survival is living in stress. You will learn how stress switches on the sympathetic nervous system, which in and of itself is not a bad thing, but if you are switching it on all day long, it’s very maladaptive. Human beings were not designed to live in long-term stress.

What’s important about this is that you cannot create from survival. That new self-image, relationship, or job is not available to you while experiencing survival mode.

So, knowing what survival looks and feels like is critical to understanding its opposite, living in creation. It is like hot vs cold or light vs dark. You need to know one to know the other.

Numerous studies and articles, including this one from Psychology Today magazine, assert that up to eighty percent of your daily thoughts are negative. It is no wonder that so many of us are experiencing survival mode.

Furthermore, the American Institute of Stress has determined that seventy-five to ninety percent of all doctor office visits are due to stress. That is, seven to nine out of every ten visits are stress-related. No wonder people find it so hard to change, often staying the same-old-self for a lifetime.

I am going to share a series of videos on how to live your life in a state of creation. It is from creation and Love that life transforms. This first video is necessary to contrast creation with survival. Subsequent videos will describe the creative state and how access it on demand.
